Our new MEGABAU Visual Planning module now enables you to display your project planning and resource deployment planning graphically in a very clear way and keep it up to date at all times.

Maintain an overview of your project and resource deployment planning

Depending on your requirements, MEGABAU offers you two levels or options for displaying your planning integrated in your ERP system:

  • General graphical planning based on projects and project tasks (as a GANTT chart)
  • Detailed, graphical resource planning for requirements and resource allocations

This allows you to display your projects clearly and easily in their entirety and keep them up to date at all times.

General planning for projects and project tasks (GANTT)

You can individually create different planning variants for your projects in MEGABAU using the GANTT template card and configure the display as required - here you will find a selection of the options and functions:

  • Setting up the project tasks in the respective project structure - including scheduling and available budgets
  • Assignment of templates to specific users - access can be set individually
  • Option of displaying projects in list form or bar view
  • Simple configuration of bars for projects and project tasks
  • Option to filter the time period and select scaling
  • Selection and editing option for individual project tasks
  • Display of dependencies between project tasks
  • Display of the degree of completion of project tasks
  • Direct navigation via the project task bars to the task rows

Graphical resource deployment planning


You can use the graphical resource deployment planning to carry out and clearly display detailed requirements and deployment allocations for the personnel, vehicles, etc. required for your projects - below you will find a selection of the options:

  • Selectable tabular or graphical representation of resource planning
  • Resource deployment plans from a project perspective - for example, weekly resource planning
  • Storage of planned capacities and resources
  • Display option at employee level possible (including different projects)
  • Interactive creation and adjustment of work schedules via drag & drop
  • Hourly, daily, weekly and monthly view as well as continuous timeline
  • Flexible assignment of employees, vehicles and teams (columns)
  • Clear presentation of groups - selectable in different colors
